Fundraising Terms and Conditions

Use of Pet Refuge’s Name, Logo, and Image

• ·You may not use Pet Refuge’s name, logo, or any other branding materials for fundraising or related activities without obtaining prior written approval from Pet Refuge.

Representation

• You are not authorised to act on behalf of Pet Refuge or enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Pet Refuge.

Funds Submission

• All funds raised must be deposited into the account provided by Pet Refuge within 30 days of fundraising completion.

Restrictions on Contacting Pet Refuge Partners

• You may not approach any corporate partner, media partner, or charitable trust associated with Pet Refuge without prior written approval.

Protection of Pet Refuge’s Reputation

• You agree not to engage in any actions that could harm or damage the image or reputation of Pet Refuge.

Use of Intellectual Property

• These terms do not grant you any rights to use Pet Refuge’s name, logo, or other branding on any materials, websites, or public forums (whether created by you or on your behalf) unless specifically approved in writing by Pet Refuge.

Approval for Promotional Materials

• Any promotional materials provided by Pet Refuge must only be used for the specific event or fundraiser for which they were provided. These materials must not be altered, defaced, or changed without written consent from Pet Refuge.

Enforcement of Terms

• Pet Refuge reserves the right to take legal or other action if it believes that you are in breach of these terms or infringing upon its intellectual property rights.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Pet Refuge may amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Pet Refuge may provide you with additional documentation regarding your fundraising activities. These additional terms and conditions will be considered part of this agreement and must be adhered to.

Compliance by Associated Persons

• You agree that all employees, agents, representatives, or others involved in your fundraising activities will comply with these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in a fundraising activity for Pet Refuge, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
